Customer insight. We carry out research into service user needs and experiences in order to inform public service redesign and improvement.
Community engagement. We help to find new ways to consult with communities, facilitate joint planning, and find service solutions that match citizens’ expectations.
Service review and redesign. We independently review public services and programmes and help to design new service specifications and delivery models.
Third sector involvement. We work with public authorities to engage with, manage relationships with, and transfer services and assets to, the third sector.
Better commissioning. We help to introduce new ways of commissioning services, making use of Community Benefit Clauses, Public Social Partnerships, and other approaches.
