Emma has 20 years’ experience of frontline delivery, development and strategic planning in the third sector in Scotland.
She is passionate about people and organisational development and has extensive experience of coaching individuals, staff teams and heads of services. Working across the third sector, with funders and policy-makers, Emma enjoys the challenges of partnerships and collaborating over problem-solving and delivering best value. Specialising in making social impact measurement engaging, fit-for-purpose and creative, she has a reputation for building rapport and practical, useable solutions to common issues.
